Order Processing & Dispatch:

We aim to process and dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 3:00PM AEST (Sydney time) on a business day. Orders placed after 3:00PM or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Business days exclude public holidays, and any delays due to high-volume or sale periods are possible.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Please note, we have limited control over the parcel once it leaves our store. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, especially during peak periods like holidays or sales.
Missing, Damaged, or Stolen Parcels:

Kildari Collective is not responsible for parcels that are missing, damaged, or stolen once they leave our store.

It’s important to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. We cannot offer reimbursements for packages that aren’t received due to incorrect address details.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an address issue, any redelivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs (Australia):

For orders under AU$100, standard shipping is $13.

For orders over AU$100, shipping is FREE.
International Orders:

Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia.
Refunds and Postage:

Postage and shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of returned or undelivered parcels.
