Refund policy
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at kildaricollective@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be posted back within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with no marks or stains, and with all original tags attached.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Kildari Collective is not liable for lost return parcels.

Original shipping costs and a small handling fee are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to finalise the refund.
If your return does not meet the conditions above, it will not be accepted. In this case, we will contact you to arrange return shipping at your expense. If return shipping is not paid within 14 days, the item will be forfeited.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order to secure the item, and returning your original item for a refund (as per the return policy above).
Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
If your item has a genuine manufacturing fault or is not as described, Kildari Collective complies with Australian consumer protection laws.
We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, and cover the cost of return shipping.
